I’ve recently had to start shopping for suits. I don’t know about you but matching colours and patterns is a bitch.

Similar to how sofa companies give you a swatch of fabric of the different colours/fabrics you are contemplating, suit manufacturers should do the same.

This is great because not everyone buys all their suits, shirts and ties at the same place or all at once. This way when you are shopping for matching shirts and ties you can simply bring in the fabric swatch. A simple idea that avoids the always awkward conversation of trying to explain to the salesperson what colour suit you have.

High-end shirt companies should do the same.

If you want a consumer to be loyal start by making their life easier not by offering them more or another rewards program. They’ll reward you in return.
